This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct an enquiry regarding illegal and excess mining quarry operations being done by the 4th respondent in respect of Survey Nos.268/8 (Stream), 269/9 (Government Poramboke) and Survey Nos. 268/3 and 286/10 (belonging to the petitioner) in Kullalakundu Village, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the representation dated 21.02.2026. 3. The learned Counsel for State of TN appearing on behalf of the 2/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD).No.18932 of 2026 respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner's aforesaid representation dated 21.02.2026 will be considered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law. 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of by directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the representation dated 21.02.2026. Needless to state, both surveys shall be conducted after due notice to the 4th respondent and to the petitioner. The second respondent shall forward the said report to the jurisdictional Revenue Divisional Officer or the first respondent, as the case may be, for suitable action in accordance with law.
