The petitioner herein granted bail by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari, in Crl.M.P.No.176 of 2026 on 15.06.2026 with certain conditions. One of the condition is that “the petitioner/Accused-6 shall appear in person before the respondent police station and obtained signature daily at 10.00 a.m and 05.00 p.m”. 3. The grievance made by the petitioner is that the petitioner is aged about 77 years and he could not travel for such a long distance, around 100 kilometers, and he already suffered health illness, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, lung disease, and other old-age ailments. Since the petitioner is residing at Uralipatty, Natham Taluk, he is ready to abide the condition daily at Natham Police Station once in a day. Hence, he prayed to modify the above said condition. 4. Heard both sides. 6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd condition imposed by the learned learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari, in Crl.M.P.No.176 of 2026 dated 15.06.2026 is modified to the effect that, the petitioner/Accused-6 shall appear in person before the Natham Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
