No.3095 of 2026 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this interlocutory application has been filed with the prayer to amend the instant Cr.M.P. by incorporating the details in para-2 and 2 (a) after para-5 of this Cr.M.P. and also to incorporate three paragraphs which have been numbered as 5.2 to 5.4 after para-5 by renumbering the present para- 5 as para- 5.1 of this Cr.M.P. to incorporate the details of surrender and other materials relevant for the prayers made in this Cr.M.P. Considering the aforesaid facts, prayer is allowed. The petitioner is directed to incorporate the amendment as proposed in para-2A of the instant I.A. in continuation of para-2 of the criminal miscellaneous petition and also to insert paragraph-5.2 to 5.4 as proposed in para-7 of this I.A. and to file a consolidated criminal miscellaneous petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner files the consolidated Cr.M.P. Let the same be kept in the record. Accordingly, this interlocutory application stands allowed. (Anil Kumar Choudhary, J.) Cr.M.P. No.508 of 2026 This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer for modification of the order dated 12.10.2023 passed in A.B.A. No.8143 of 2023. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 12.10.2023 passed in A.B.A. No.8143 of 2023, the petitioner was given the privileges of anticipatory bail and directed to surrender before the court below within six weeks upon his undertaking to deposit cash security of Rs.15,000/-. It is next submitted that due to paucity of money, the petitioner could not make the said deposit within the stipulated time, hence, he could not surrender within the stipulated time. It is next submitted that in the meantime the petitioner has arranged the money and made the said deposit and the copy of the receipt of the same has been annexed with the brief. It is further submitted that now the petitioner is ready and willing to surrender before the learned court below and unless six weeks’ extension is granted to him, he will be highly prejudiced. Hence, it is submitted that the time period for the petitioner to surrender before the court below in terms of the order dated 12.10.2023 passed in A.B.A. No.8143 of 2023 be extended by six weeks from the date of this order. Considering the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer for extension of time for the petitioner to surrender in the court below in terms of the order dated 12.10.2023 passed in A.B.A. No.8143 of 2023 is allowed. Accordingly, the order dated 12.10.2023 passed in A.B.A. No.8143 of 2023 is modified by directing the petitioner to surrender within six weeks from the date of this order in terms of the order dated 12.10.2023 passed in A.B.A. No.8143 of 2023. The order dated 12.10.2023 passed in A.B.A. No.8143 of 2023 is modified to the aforesaid extent only. This criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly. (Anil Kumar Choudhary, J.)
