Also heard learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 2 & 3. 2. This is an application filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 (Act 46/2023), praying for grant of regular bail to the petitioner. 3. The allegation against the present petitioner is that on the day on occurrence when the victim aged about 13 years had gone to the shop of the accused/petitioner to purchase cold drinks, the petitioner took her inside his shop and committed sexual assault upon her. The petitioner was arrested on 03.03.2026 subsequently in the instant case vide Order dated 25.03.2026, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was subsequently released from custody. 4. It appears that the informant side had filed a petition before for the Page No.# 3/3 learned Court below stating that the FIR have been lodged on misunderstanding and the informant side had no objection if the petitioner is granted bail. 5. Having regard to the above, the order of the interim bail dated 25.03.2026 is hereby made absolute. 6. Bail has been granted on the condition that the petitioner shall regularly participate in the trial if once comments and shall not try to influence the witnesses in any manner. 7.
