1. Mr. Arvind Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant.

3. The present application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 13.02.2026, by which the Arbitration Application was
disposed of, as withdrawn, in view of the statement made by the
learned counsel for the Union of India that eighth running bill of the applicant stood paid on 29.01.2026, and as and when final bill is submitted in prescribed proforma, the department would examine the same, and take appropriate decision.
4. According to learned counsel for the applicant, the said statement was incorrect.
5. Having regard to the stand taken by the applicant, we permit the applicant to file a fresh application, under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
6. The present Modification Application stands
disposed of.
