15 petitioners are before the Court seeking anticipatory bail. On the prayer made on the petitioners, C.R.M. (A) 3352 of 2026 is dismissed as not pressed for the petitioner no. 13 as he is arrested. So far as the other petitioners are concerned, I find from the case dairy that the statements recorded under Section 183
2 of the BNSS do not implicate the petitioners with regard to the offences that are alleged to be committed by them. In such circumstances, we deem it appropriate to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner nos. 1 to 12, 14 and 15 as mentioned in the petition. Accordingly, I direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner nos. 1, Shahid Hasan Khan, petitioner no. 2, Kamran Alam, petitioner no. 3, Mohammad Daulat, petitioner no. 4, Gulam Hussain, petitioner no. 5, Rakesh Prasad, petitioner no.6, Ashraf Ali, petitioner no. 7, Shoaib Akhtar, petitioner no. 8, Md. Wasim, petitioner no. 9, Parwej Alam, petitioner no. 10, Shadab Alam, petitioner no. 11, Shah Faisal, petitioner no. 12, Imam Hassan Khan, petitioner no. 14, Razique Akhtar and petitioner no. 15, Irfan Alam shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023. The petitioner nos.1 to 12, 14 and 15 as mentioned above will report before the Investigating Officer once a month till the conclusion of the investigation.
The petitioners shall appear on every date before the Jurisdictional Court on and from the date fixed for appearance of the accused and in default the jurisdictional Court will pass appropriate order to secure the presence of the petitioners in Court including cancelling the anticipatory bail granted without further reference to this Court. 3 This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, allowed.
