Referring to order dated 16.07.2024, Ms.Amirta Poonkodi Dinakaran, points out that such order was issued pursuant to show cause notice dated 25.04.2023. She submits further that the dropped proceedings relate to a different show cause notice. She adds that said proceedings were dropped on account of duplication. 3. Considering the explanation provided by learned Government Counsel (Tax), the direction prayed for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Therefore, by leaving it open to the petitioner to assail the order dated 16.07.2024 in accordance with law, this writ petition is disposed of on the above terms. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petitions are closed.
