This is an application filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for concluding the arbitration proceeding. 2. Learned advocates for the parties submit that the proceeding is not likely to conclude by 17.11.2026 i.e within the extended time for conclusion of the arbitration proceeding as per the order passed by the Arbitrator on 16.05.2026. They seek further extension of the time for concluding the proceeding within nine months. 3. Considering the submissions of the parties and examining the record of the arbitral proceeding, the time for concluding the arbitration proceeding stands extended for a further period of nine months i.e. till 17.08.2027. 4.
