J.) 1. The present intra-court appeal is directed against the order of learned Single Judge dated 02.12.2025 passed in WPSS No.1621/2025, by which the learned Single Judge while entertaining the writ petition has invited counter affidavit from the respondents and 10.02.2026 was fixed as the next date. 2. It is not disputed that the Stay Application filed in the writ petition has still not been decided. The order of learned Single Judge also does not decide any matter of moment or any right of any party and as such Full Bench Judgment of Allahabad High Court in “Ashutosh 1 2026:UHC:994-DB Shrotriya and Others vs. Vice Chancellor, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University and Others”, 2015 Supreme (All) 890, would not apply to the facts of the instant case. 3. The present intra-court appeal against such an order would not be maintainable.
