The present writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus to direct respondents to forthwith consider the request/representation/ e-mail dated 5.06.2026 sent by the school and grant approval for the transfer of admission and Board registration of the petitioner’s minor son Master Rishab Sharath Kadambi (CBSE Registration No. K/2/ 27/ 45227/ 0075), from Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan Learning Leadership academy (PSBBLLA) Bengaluru to Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan Senior Secondary School K.K. Nagar, Chennai for class XII for the Academic year 2026- 2027. 3. At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that petitioner's request would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed after issuing notice to petitioner and any other interested parties, within a time period to be stipulated by this Court. In view of the same, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to respondents to consider petitioner’s request on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after issuing notice and after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to petitioner, and any other interested persons within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of uploading of web copy without waiting for receipt of certified copy of the order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the case on its own merits and in accordance with law. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
