This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 and 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as the petitioner is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B)/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. The learned Spl.PP opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 4. The petitioner arrested with 8kg 470 gm of Ganja. There are three other cases of N.D.P.S. against the petitioner. 5. In view of the recovery of large quantity of Ganja from the possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the payer for bail of the petitioner in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.16/2025, arising out of Mahagama P.S. Case No.216/2025, pending in the Court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Godda, stands rejected. 6. Accordingly, B.A. No.1011 of 2026 is dismissed.
