Mr.Nicul Anand, learned counsel, who is appearing before the Arbitration proceedings takes notice on behalf of the respondents. He submits that the matter has been settled between the parties, which is also acknowledged by the learned counsel for the applicant. 3. Learned counsel appearing on either side submit that as per the settlement reached between the parties, the award is to be made by the learned Arbitrator. However, in the interregnum, the mandate of the arbitrator has expired. 4. Considering the submission made on either side and on which the arbitral proceedings are at, this Court is inclined to extend the mandate for a further period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
