ORAL ORDER
In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for a direction to the Prl. City Civil & Sessions Judge, Bengaluru, (for short 'Trial Court') to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.26110/2024 as expeditiously as possible.
2. For the sake of convenience, the parties herein are referred to as per their ranking before the Trial Court in Original Suit.
3. The plaintiff has filed a suit for declaration and injunction in O.S.No.26110/2024 before the Trial Court. After service of summons, the defendant had appeared

through counsel and filed written statement. The Trial Court has not framed any issues even after parties' pleadings have been completed.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the suit is of the year 2024. Till today, the evidence is not completed. Hence, he sought for a direction to the Trial Court for early disposal of the suit.
5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.
6. Accordingly, the following order is passed:

ORDER a) The writ petition is disposed of. b) The Trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible, not later than one year from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, provided there is no order of stay of the said proceedings granted by any other court of law. c) Parties are directed to co-operate for early disposal of the suit.
