ORDER Heard Mr.Harii Radhakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The present revision petition is filed for limited relief of expediting the proceedings in E.A.No.3 of 2024 in E.P.No.143 of 2023.
3. The Execution Petition in EP No.143 of 2023 has been filed pursuant to an Arbitration Award and for the purpose of execution. Learned counsel for the revision petitioner taking me through the various proceedings, state that for more than a year, the application regarding ‘payment out’ of the huge sum of Rs.42,82,405/- is still pending enquiry and has not been decided.
4. In view of the above and also taking into account the directions issued by the Hon’ble Supreme Court that Execution Petitions will have to be expedited and
disposed of within a period of six months, , I am inclined to dispense with notice to the respondents as there will not be prejudice in any manner by issuing a direction to the 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is allowed and the Executing Court viz., The Additional District Court, Chengalpattu is directed to dispose of E.A.No.3 of 2024 in EP No.143 of 2023 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
