As the petitioner was aggrieved by various reports showing variance in the percentage of disability, the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.12.2025 directed the petitioner to appear before the Director of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Jodhpur on 17.12.2025 for medical examination by Board to assess the impairment/physical disability of the petitioner with further direction that the report shall directly be sent to this Court. [2026:RJ-JP:7993] (2 of 2) [CW-18699/2025] 2. In compliance of order dated 08.12.2025, AIIMS Jodhpur has sent medical examination report dated 17.12.2025. Bare perusal of the report reflects that the petitioner suffers from physical disability at the rate of 30%, which is less than the benchmark disability. 3. In view of the report given by AIIMS Jodhpur, the petitioner is not entitled for consideration of his candidature in the category meant for specially abled person. 4. Hence, the writ petition filed by the petitioner has got no merits and the same is accordingly dismissed. (ANAND SHARMA),J DIVYA /86
