Mr. Guru Dhananjay, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to some financial constraint, the order dated 27.02.2026 was not complied with. He further submitted that now the petitioner has arranged the money and he shall deposit the amount of Rs.20,00,000/- within a period of two weeks before the learned I Addl. Family Court, Chennai. He further submitted that the maintenance amount of Rs.40,000/- per month which was defaulted by the petitioner from the month of March 2026 till July 2026 will come to around Rs.2 lakhs shall also be deposited before the tiral court within the same time. and shall regularly pay the maintenance of Rs.40,000/- per month from the Month of August 2026 till further orders on or before 10th of every month. 3. Accordingly, as prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, he is allowed to deposit Rs.20 lakhs, as directed by the order of this Court dated 27.02.2026 before the I Addl. Family Court, Chennai. He is further directed to pay the future maintenance amount at the rate of Rs.40,000/- per month with effect from August 2026 till further orders of this court to wife/1st respondent on or before 10th of every month. If the petitioner fails to comply with any of the above said conditions, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically. In this regard, he is also directed to produce deposit receipt on the next date fixed. 4. This petition is ordered accordingly. 5.
