Indisputably, she is major. On interaction, she submitted that she is residing with her mother and brother and is not in illegal detention. She desired to go with them, present in the Court. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this habeas corpus petition. The same is dismissed accordingly. The police authorities are directed to ensure her safe return to her parental home. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly.
