Without pressing the writ petition on merits, learned counsel for the petitioner makes an innocuous prayer that the learned Trial [2026:RJ-JP:9891] (2 of 2) [CW-4059/2026] Court be directed to decide the pending temporary injunction application within a certain period without being influenced by the orders dated 17.10.2025 as well as 05.12.2025. 2. Heard. 3. This Court finds that the temporary injunction application is yet to be decided by the learned Trial Court on merits. Therefore, this Court deems it fit to direct the learned Trial Court to decide the pending temporary injunction application within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order, if service upon the defendant is complete, without being influenced by the orders dated 17.10.2025 as well as 05.12.2025. 4.
