Pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court on 10.03.2026, the petitioner Sri Dulu Medhi has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and has been cooperating Page No.# 2/2 with the investigation. 3. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsels of both sides. 4. Since the petitioner has been cooperating with the Investigating Officer, he does not deserve to be detained in custody. For that reason, his bail application is allowed. 5. The interim bail granted to the petitioner Sri Dulu Medhi by this Court on 10.03.2026 is hereby made absolute. 6.
