Issue any other appropriate writ or order of direction as the Hon’ble Court finds it appropriate in the admitted facts and circumstances of the case to secure the ends of justice. d. Essentially, respondent-Corporation had issued a notice to each of the petitioners to show-cause why action should not be taken against the respective petitioners in respect of the unauthorised usage of the parking space/basement for office/commercial purposes. It is apprehending action being taken by the respondent against the petitioners, that the petitioners had approach this Court seeking for the aforesaid reliefs. 3. A perusal of the notices impugned indicate that it is only a show-cause notice as regards which the petitioners would always be entitled to reply, which reply would have to be considered by respondents and necessary orders - 23 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:4732 WP No. 7257 of 2025 C/W WP No. 7589 of 2025 WP No. 7821 of 2025 AND 11 OTHERS passed thereon in accordance with law and only thereafter any action can be taken by the respondents. 4. In that view of the matter, I pass the following; ORDER i. The writ petitions are disposed of. ii. Each of the petitioners is granted liberty to reply to the respective show-cause notices received by them, which reply shall be submitted on or before 10.02.2026. iii. Respondents are directed to consider the replies and pass necessary orders in accordance with law by following the applicable principles of natural justice. iv.
