PINCODE 534001 ...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Fitter against 2 clear vacancies available from 2021 arisen due to the retirement of the incumbents in spite of his seniority and eligibility while extending the said benefits in respect of various other persons mentioned in the body of the Writ Petition as illegal, arbitrary and violates Article 14, 16 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequentially declare that the petitioner is entitled to be considered for promotion to the post of Fitter from the date on which the vacancies are available from 2021 with all consequential attendant monitory benefits in the interest of justice and to pass such other orders.
