P.B.BALAJI.,J sr ORDER The petition is filed to condone the delay of 496 days in filing the revision.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents state that he has no objection for the delay being condoned since the parties only intend to record the settlement already reached between them.
3. In view of the above CMP No.19731 of 2025 is ordered and the delay is condoned.
