Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the order dated 04.06.2025 (Annexure P-1), order dated 18.07.2025 (Annexure P-3) and order dated 03.11.2025 (Annexure P-4). 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to reconsider the case of the petitioner as considered in similar situated employees. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was posted as Teacher (LB) treating him to be in excess was transferred from Govt. Middle School, Paliguda, Kawardha to Govt. Middle School, Navagaon (Tikait), Block Pandriya. Aggrieved with the posting of petitioner at Navagaon (Tikait), he has filed a writ petition before this Court which was disposed of with a direction to submit representation before the committee constituted under rationalization policy of the State Government and till decision on the representation interim relief was granted in his favour. Petitioner submitted a representation before the district level committee which dismissed the representation and against which petitioner submitted representation before the divisional level committee which also came to be dismissed vide order dated 03.11.2025 vide Annexure P-4. He submits that after dismissal fo the representation by the appellate committee, petitioner came to know that post of Headmaster in Govt. Middle School Paliguda became vacant of Teacher (Arts) and petitioner is also a teacher of Arts subject. Therefore, petitioner can be accommodated on the said post. On that ground, petitioner submitted fresh representation before the divisional level committee for considering his grievance on 17.12.2025. He submits that one Smt. Bhavna Sao was accommodated on his earlier place of posting on the same ground. Therefore, direction be issued to the concerned committee to re-consider the claim of petitioner on the basis of representation of petitioner dated 17.12.2025. 3. Learned State counsel submits that as the petitioner is only seeking direction to the divisional level committee to decide his pending representation, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, nature of grievance raised, this writ petition at this stage is disposed 3 / 3 of with a direction to divisional level committee to reconsider the claim of petitioner on the ground raised in fresh representation dated 17.12.2025 submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5.
