Heard the learned counsel on either side. 3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application to accept the cause title. I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein. 4. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, there was a resolution passed on 02.06.2025, changing the name of the society from EH-113, Chennimalai Kongu Weavers Co-operative Production and Sale https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CMP No. 17359 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 Society Limited to EH-113, Chennaimalai Kongu Primary Handloom Weavers Co-operative Production and Sale Society Limited and under the same resolution, the post of Managing Director was abolished and the post of Administrator was created to administer the petitioner-Society. In view of the above development, the present application to accept the cause title has to be necessitated. 5.
