The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police strongly objected the application, however fairly conceded that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.13265 of 2026 dated 20.05.2026. Accordingly, the condition that “the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 am and 5.30 p.m until further orders” is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.00 a.m., and 5.30 p.m, until further orders”. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered. 4.
