The petitioner seeks an early disposal of I.A.No.4 of 2024 in O.S.No.133 of 2023, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Uthangarai, Krishnagiri District. 2. Mr.V.Balakrishnan, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 6 and 7. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents 1 to 5, 8 and 9 in this revision, notice to the respondents 1 to 5, 8 and 9 is dispensed with by this Court. 3. The petitioner claims to be a senior citizen. The petitioner is the 6th defendant in the suit in O.S.No.133 of 2023, which was filed by the respondents 8 and 9/plaintiffs seeking declaration. According to the petitioner, even though an application was filed in I.A.No.4 of 2024 seeking rejection of plaint as early as on 19.09.2025, till date, the said application has not been disposed of. As seen from this revision, counter has already been filed by the plaintiffs in https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP No. 3665 of 2026 ____________ Page No.3 of 4 I.A.No.4 of 2024. According to the petitioner, I.A.No.4 of 2024 is pending for more than seven months. 4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if a direction is issued to the Sub Court, Uthangarai, Krishnagiri District to dispose of I.A.No.4 of 2024 in O.S.No.133 of 2023, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. After giving due consideration to the year of the interlocutory application and after giving due consideration to the fact that counter has already been filed in I.A.No.4 of 2024 in O.S.No.133 of 2023, this Court directs the Sub Court, Uthangarai, Krishnagiri District to dispose of the application in I.A.No.4 of 2024 in O.S.No.133 of 2023, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the aforesaid direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
