The petitioner is an accused in the case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 317(5)/338 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 and 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. There is alleged recovery of one 8 round revolver along with two live cartridges from the possession of the petitioner. In fact, there has been no such recovery as has been alleged. The false implication of the petitioner would be evident from the fact that the seizure list prepared in this regard does not bear signature of any independent witness. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 15.03.2025. Hence, he may be given the privilege of regular bail. 2026:JHHC:5914 2 3. Learned A.P.P. opposes the petitioner’s prayer for regular bail. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the materials available on record, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Lower Bazar P.S.
