JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayers: "Wherefore,the petitioner prays that this Hon9ble Court be pleased to pass writ or such order or any orders as follows:- (a) To set aside all the actions initiated by this respondent under Sec. 13 of the SARFAESI Act; consequently (b) To quash the Possession Notice dated 30.10.2023 issued by the respondent in exercise of powers conferred under Section 13(12) R/w Rule 3 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 in respect of the petition schedule property (vide Annexure-A); consequently (c) For directions against the respondent to consider the representation of the petition seeking to restructure the loan account of this petitioner in terms of the circulars issued by the Reserve Bank of India circular dated 06.08.2020 (vide Annexure-D) - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:14303 WP No. 27854 of 2023 (d) To grant such other relief as the Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2. The writ petition is of the year 2023. An interim order has been passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 20.12.2023. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Leaned counsel appearing for the respondent/Bank submits that the interim order has already been complied with. However, the petitioner cannot come before this Court questioning the notice issued under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act. 4. Despite of the fact that the matter being listed under the caption for 'dismissal, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 5.
