Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in light of the fact that the petitioner is superannuated on 31.05.2026, he be adjusted at the station suitable to him. Let petitioner approach the authority in this regard within a period of two weeks from today and appropriate order be taken thereupon 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 within a period of two weeks from the date of the filing of the representation. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner further informed the Court that the petitioner has joined the station where he was posted post promotion.
