According to the petitioner/landlady there is a partnership deed between her and the proposed party from the year 2023 and invested Rs.8 lakhs in the capital contribution. In such circumstances, the proposed party is a necessary party and the Court ought to have taken the petition on file. 4. In view of the above, the learned Rent Controller/XVI Judge, is directed to hear both sides and number the case on merits. 5. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
