This bail application has been preferred under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for the grant of regular bail to the accused/petitioner, who has been arrested on 17.03.2026 in connection with Basistha P.S. Case No.78/2026, under Section 334(1)/ 305 (a) of BNS, 2023. 3. By an order dated 30.03.2026, this matter was required to be listed again on 28.04.2026, calling for the case diary. In the meantime, it appears that on 30.03.2026, the charge sheet in the matter has been submitted, and the petitioner has been produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kamrup (M), on 07.04.2026. 4. On the said date, the petitioner had again filed a bail petition praying for the grant of bail since the charge sheet had already been submitted and the period of investigation was over. The order dated 07.04.2026, placed before this Court by the learned Addl. P.P reflects that the learned Trial Court had allowed the petitioner to go on bail on execution of a bond of Rs. 30,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the conditions reflected in the order itself. 5. In that view of the matter, this particular petition, which was filed during the period of investigation, requires no further consideration at this stage and is accordingly closed. 6.
