WP No. 22250 of 2026 __________ Page2 of 4 ORDER This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 27.01.2026. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 27.01.2026 before the respondents with regard to survey the land properties comprised in Survey No.309/3, an extent of Acre 0.27½ Cents (11990 sq.ft., 111.898 sq.,mtr) vide Patta No.2447 in Karumathampatti Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District through registered Sale Deed dated 15.03.2010 in Document No.2370/2010 at SRO, Sulur. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondents and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 27.01.2026 will be considered within a period of 16 weeks. 4.
