The said appeal was dismissed even at the stage of condonation of delay. Thereafter, the parties entered into a settlement, and their disputes have been amicably resolved. The settlement agreement executed between the parties has been placed on record, along with a full satisfaction receipt issued by the applicant herein. 2. The applicant, who was the beneficiary of the said prohibitory order, is now before this Court seeking to vacate the same in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties. 3. In view of the same, this Court finds no impediment to lift the prohibitory order. Accordingly, this application stands allowed as prayed for.
