JUSTICE B M SHYAM PRASAD - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:5396 WP No. 6311 of 2025 ORAL ORDER Sri Nataraja Ballal A., the learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners are constrained to file this petition because, notwithstanding the tender subsisting till 31.03.2025, a decision is taken to cancel the tender. The learned counsel submits that with this Court's interim order the petitioners have supplied the tender material to the recipients for the month of March 2025 but the petitioners have not been paid for such supply. The learned counsel emphasizes that if a direction is issued to the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's request for payment of the supplies made and communicate the decision within a reasonable time, the petitioner's grievance would be redressed. Sri B. Ravindranath, the learned Additional Government Advocate, is heard in the light of these submissions. If the petitioners have supplied the - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:5396 WP No. 6311 of 2025 material for the month of March 2025, even if such supply was pursuant to the interim orders of this Court, the respondents must ensure that there is payment and therefore it would be just to direct the fourth respondent to verify all the documents [including the bills submitted by the petitioners on the supplies for the month of March 2025] and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioners within four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. The petitioner must be reserved with liberty to file a certified copy of this order within one [1] week from the receipt thereof. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
