The instant criminal misc. petition has been preferred for quashing of FIR No.404/2019 registered with the Police Station Tijara, District Alwar for the offences under Sections 498-A, 323, 341, 354, 506 and 380 IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court, on the basis of the factual report furnished by the Station House Officer, Police Station, Tijara, District Bhiwadi, that after thorough investigation in the matter, the Police has submitted final report negative before the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tijara, as no offence was found to be proved against the petitioners. Hence, under these circumstances, no cause of action [2026:RJ-JP:10714] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-6818/2019] survives with the petitioners to continue with this petition and the same has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed. 4.
