1. The petitioner is an accused in the case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2)/317(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. The petitioner and four other accused persons were allegedly apprehended by public along with two goats. It is further alleged that motorcycles on which the accused persons were riding, were without valid documents. In fact, the petitioner has been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. There is no cogent material to connect the petitioner with the alleged offence. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 18.03.2025. Hence, he may be given the privilege of regular bail.
3. Learned A.P.P. opposes the petitioner’s prayer for regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the materials available on record, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class-XXIV, Ranchi in connection with Bero P.S. Case No. 22 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1535 of 2025.
