The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has prayed for the following main relief:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 State Public Service Tribunal, U.P., Indira Bhawan, Lucknow to decide Claim Petition no.2179 of 2024 (Ashish Kumar Yadav Vs. State of U.P. and Another) pending before him since 08.10.2024 within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. We do not know about the pendency of cases before the State Public Service Tribunal, and therefore, we are not inclined to issue any such direction to the Tribunal. However, petitioner may file an application before the State Public Service Tribunal for early disposal of the case. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with no order as to costs.
