This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for the grant of regular bail to the accused/petitioner, who has been arrested on Page No.# 2/2 15.03.2026 in connection with Chaygaon P.S. Case No.55/2026, under Section 139/3 (5) of BNS, 2023. 3. The Court has gone through the statement of the minor involved. At this stage of the investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, the bail petition at this stage of the investigation is rejected. 5.
