The suit is in the part heard stage and is posted for the evidence of PW1. According to the petitioner, the defendants are dragging on the matter. 4. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Poonamallee to dispose of OS No.98 of 2010, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 6.After giving due consideration to the year of the suit and the present status of the suit, this Court directs the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Poonamallee to dispose of OS No.98 of 2010, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
