Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.5487 of 2026 in Crl.OP.No.18713 of 2025 dated 26.03.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. 4.
