Sandhawalia , Chief Justice (Oral) Perusal of the Execution Petition would go on to show that there is not a whisper as such whether the respondents have been approached for the implementation of the order, which is now sought to be executed, passed on 17.04.2014, in Civil Writ Petition No. 2189 of 2014, titled as Shashi Paul & others Vs. the State of Himachal Pradesh & others by the Co- ordinate Bench. 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. It is pertinent to notice that the Execution Petition has been filed on 03.03.2026, as the expiry of the limitation period, is approaching. 3. We are thus of the considered opinion that the mere averment made that the respondents have not taken any action in the matter, is without any basis. The present Execution Petition, without approaching the respondents at the first instance by way of filing a representation or serving a legal notice, would not be maintainable. 4 Accordingly, we dismiss the Execution Petition with liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate steps firstly and if there is no response and any cause of action still arises, then it will be open to the petitioners to approach this Court.
