This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- Page No.# 2/2 arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Bakkar Ali who is apprehending arrest in connection with the Krishnai P.S. Case No. 10/2026, registered under Section 64(1)/62/351(2)(3)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023. It is submitted by Mr. Borthakur, the learned Addl. P.P., Assam that the case has already been charge sheeted vide CS No.24/2026, dated 16.04.2026. In view of this, the petitioner is hereby directed to approach the learned Trial Court below for bail with a regular bail application, which may be considered in accordance with the law.
