Mr. Ravi Bisht, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Aditya Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the respondent – Uttarakhand Seed and Tarai Development Corporation. 4. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief: - (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent to release the salary of the petitioner for the month of January 2026 and further direct that the salary of the subsequent months shall not be withheld or stopped. 5. Learned counsel for Uttarakhand Seed & Tarai Development Corporation, on instructions, submits that salary for the month of January 2026 would be paid to the petitioner positively within one week from today; he further assures that salary for the month of February 2026 shall be released to petitioner in the first week of March 2026. He further submits that salary for future months would be paid to the petitioner from the Office of Corporation at Haldi. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by taking the statement, made by learned counsel for Uttarakhand Seed & Tarai Development Corporation, on record.
