The learned Special Public Prosecutor For CBI Cases states that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail. 3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph 8(c) of the order in Crl.M.P.No.7394 of 2026 in Crl.A.No.521 of 2026 dated 06.05.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court once in three months i.e., on the first working day of the English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the Criminal Appeal. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain intact. 4.
