Side) Order This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.24045 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.237 of 2025, dated 13.02.2026 that he shall appear before the trial court on the first working day of every week at 10.30 am., until the disposal of the appeal. 2.The petitioner was granted bail by this Court on 13.02.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.24045 of 2025 with certain conditions. One of the conditions was that the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m. until the disposal of the appeal. 3.The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the only bread winner of the family. Due to the above condition imposed by this Court, the petitioner is unable to do any work. Hence, seeks relaxation of the condition. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP No. 11003 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without any deviation, the order dated 13.02.2026 made in Crl.M.P.No.24045 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.237 of 2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of a month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
