2. The petitioner has sought for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus to direct respondent no.3 to consider the representations at Annexure-E.

3. In terms of the representation at Annexure-E, the petitioner submits that though the property of the petitioner in Sy.No.16 and 18 of Nagadenahalli Village, Kasaba Hobli, Doddaballapura Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District has been acquired with respect to extent of 09 Guntas and 10 Guntas. However, no compensation has been paid.

Sri.H.L.Pradeep Kumar appearing on behalf of respondent-KIADB submits that representation at Annexure-E would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed in accordance with law in terms of legal entitlement of the petitioners within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
5. Recording such undertaking of the learned counsel for the respondent-KIADB, the petition is disposed of. All contentions on merits are kept open.
