Side) No appearance __________ Page1 of 4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP No. 5221 of 2026 O R D E R This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 105 days in filing the Revision Petition against the order dated 30.05.2025, passed in Crl.MP.No.71772 of 2024 in CC.No.2361 of 2024 on the file of the Court of the Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive trial of CCB Cases (relating to Chennai cases in Chennai) and CBCID Metro cases, Egmore, Chennai. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2nd respondent has filed counter affidavit, which is taken on record. On perusal of the counter affidavit, it is seen that no new facts have been stated objecting the petition filed to condone the delay in filing the Criminal Revision Case. 3.Accordingly, considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in his affidavit, which is justifying and convincing, this Court condones the delay in filing the Criminal Revision Case.
