JUSTICE V SRISHANANDA ORAL ORDER After addressing the arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the memo, which reads as under: <Memo The petitioner files the memo stating that he would pay balance sum and Rs.2,50,000/- of fine amount as under: 1. 2nd May 2026 2. 2nd June 2026 - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:18189 CRL.RP No. 344 of 2023 3. 2nd July 2026 4. 2nd August 2026 The complainant can withdraw the deposited amount of Rs.2,50,000/- before the Trial Court. Hence this memo.= 2. Learned counsel for the respondent appearing through video conference submits that, memo can be accepted and the matter can be disposed of. 3. Taking note of the attendant facts and circumstances of case, the balance fine amount is ordered to be paid in installments as per the memo, which would meet the ends of justice. Accordingly, the following: ORDER i. Placing the memo on record, the petition stands disposed of. ii. Amount in deposit is ordered to be withdrawn by the complainant under due identification, if not already withdrawn. iii.
