Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the instant petition on the ground that certain documents, which are required to clinch the controversy, have inadvertently not been placed on record. She, therefore, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition by placing all the relevant documents on record.
