The writ order dated 12.03.2026 passed in W.P.No.9539 of 2026 is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2. Writ petitioner is the appellant. The appellant was privately appointed as Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering Department. He filed the writ petition seeking the relief of reinstatement to the post of Assistant Professor without insisting for mandatory completion of Ph.d degree with all backwages. 3. Pertinently, the 2nd respondent is a private College and the appellant was engaged as a private lecturer in the College. Thus, the writ Court also declined to enter the writ petition. This Court does not find any infirmity in the writ order. Consequently, the Writ Appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. (S.M.S.,J.)
